What you will do

• Provide leadership across production, logistics, procurement, quality, and EHS functions.
• Lead and develop a diverse workforce, mentoring and coaching a new generation of managers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the global Operational Excellence team.
• Manage and deliver significant capital investment projects.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance within an upper-tier SEVESO environment.
• Oversee the safe production and delivery of chemical solutions to major food and beverage customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Site Leader in the specialty chemicals industry.
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related chemical discipline.
• Deep understanding of SEVESO regulations and experience in highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading manufacturing operations and developing people.
• Fluent German and English are essential.
• Experience working in lean and agile manufacturing environments.
