What you will do

• Lead customer evaluations, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept projects to accelerate design closure.
• Provide deep technical expertise in Power Analysis and EM/IR Signoff methodologies.
• Develop and deliver technical workshops and training sessions on hirify.global’s Digital Full Flow.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive technology adoption.
• Mentor junior Application Engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the organization.
• Partner with R&D to diagnose complex customer challenges and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Physical Design, Digital Implementation, or Signoff.
• Hands-on experience with Power Analysis and EM/IR Signoff.
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time across Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Digital Full Flow tools (Innovus, Tempus, Voltus, Joules).
• Familiarity with low-power design techniques and standards (UPF/CPF).
• Exposure to AI-assisted design methodologies.
