What you will do

• Lead a manufacturing team with both operational and disciplinary responsibility.
• Plan and steer daily production operations, including shift coverage and staffing.
• Facilitate team routines to ensure transparent communication and clear priorities.
• Collaborate with partner functions to resolve issues and stabilize production.
• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
• Use performance indicators to identify deviations and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Technical vocational training or comparable qualification required.
• Additional qualification as a technician or master craftsperson required.
• Several years of experience in a technical manufacturing or operations environment.
• Initial leadership experience in a production-related setting.
• Solid knowledge of ERP or SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken) required.
