Production Technician (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Perform grinding, polishing, and coating of optical and ceramic components.
• Assemble and clean components under gray room and cleanroom conditions.
• Execute joining processes including thermal, anodic, and flame bonding.
• Conduct lithographic processes such as coating, laminating, and exposure.
• Perform and document quality control measurements using specialized tools.
• Maintain tools, packaging, and cleaning systems to ensure production standards.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training in optics, physics, chemistry, or equivalent experience.
• Initial professional experience in a production-related environment.
• Must be willing to work in shift systems (24/6 or three-shift model).
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP.
• Excellent fine motor skills and physical fitness.
• Fluent German language skills required for daily operations.
