What you will do

• Review and analyze ISDA Master Agreements and CSAs to translate legal terms into structured data for credit and margin systems.
• Manage client Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) and configure collateral accounts across platforms like Acadia and TriOptima.
• Collaborate with Legal, Credit, Trading, and Engineering teams to resolve operational issues and system breaks.
• Identify operational risks and design robust controls to ensure regulatory compliance with UMR, FINRA, and SEC requirements.
• Streamline workflows and contribute to new product reviews to enhance operational scalability.
• Provide high-level service to internal and external clients while maintaining a zero-defect mindset.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with ISDA Master Agreements, schedules, and NY/UK law CSAs.
• Proven experience in derivatives documentation, operations, or legal background.
• Hands-on experience with AcadiaSoft, TriOptima, and SSI setup.
• Solid understanding of UMR, FINRA, and Brexit-related regulatory implications.
• Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail-obsessed approach.
