What you will do

• Analyze credit data to determine risk levels for potential customers.
• Make credit approval or denial decisions in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with automobile dealers to meet volume and quality objectives.
• Capture automotive finance contracts that align with company profitability and pricing criteria.
• Collaborate with internal departments and Dealer Relationship Managers to maximize operational efficiency.
• Track monthly goals and ensure proper documentation for all deals.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Knowledge of consumer finance, banking environments, and indirect retail auto financing.
• Understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements and credit laws.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
