What you will do

• Supervise and file FOCUS reports (Form X-17A-5) with FINRA and the SEC.
• Monitor net capital levels to ensure the firm maintains required minimums at all times.
• Interpret and apply SEC Rule 15c3-1 (Net Capital Rule) and 15c3-3 (Customer Protection).
• Design and maintain internal controls to safeguard customer and firm assets.
• Oversee clearing and settlement processes, including margin calculations and risk exposure.
• Coordinate annual independent audits and act as a liaison to auditors and regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Active FINRA Series 27 license.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in self-clearing financial services.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Must be based in America and able to work remotely.
• Ability to adapt to a changing business and regulatory environment.
