Salary: $199,300–$243,800 annually

What you will do

• Lead technology strategy and delivery execution for enterprise core banking platforms.
• Manage engineering teams and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps in alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
• Drive software development lifecycle improvements, including automation, CI/CD, and quality standards.
• Oversee vendor contracts, implementation partners, and financial stewardship of technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and architects to ensure effective delivery of large-scale transformation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience in technology.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with expertise in application design and large-scale platform delivery.
• Domain experience in ERP, infrastructure, or financial products (Core Banking, Deposits, etc.).
• Proven experience building technology platforms and driving end-to-end delivery.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with core banking platforms like Fiserv/DNA.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple vendor dependencies.
