Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day remote
Salary: USD 120,000–225,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits

What you will do
- Partner with the CTO to align the technology portfolio with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee initiative prioritization, planning, governance, KPIs, and value tracking.
- Manage technology budgets, investment cases, spend transparency, asset lifecycles, and optimization opportunities with Finance.
- Shape talent strategies, organizational design, agile practices, and value-stream operating models with HR and technology leaders.
- Lead technology transformation and change programs, translating the CTO’s vision into measurable business impact.
- Represent the CTO in leadership forums and produce executive communications, town halls, offsites, and strategic events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or related experience is beneficial.
- 10+ years of experience in technology management, consulting, or business operations focused on measurable outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to connect technology spending with business value.
- Track record of leading large-scale transformation or change programs with quantifiable results.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and value-driven organizational design.
- Experience with talent strategy, executive communications, stakeholder management, and influencing.
