What you will do

• Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Develop user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow implementations.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to support Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and platform strategy.
• Ensure all demand aligns with platform standards and governance reviews.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (W2 only, no C2C).
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise IT environments.
• 3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow implementations or platform management.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Change Management.
• Proven experience supporting Agile/Scrum development teams and working with executive stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or Micro-Certifications).
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
• Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe).
• Experience with ITOM, SPM/PPM, HRSD, or Security Operations.
