What you will do

• Define and execute the ServiceNow roadmap, strategy, priorities, and enterprise design patterns.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions supporting HR, Finance, Facilities, Supply Chain & Operations, and Employee Services.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, WSD, App Engine, and Now Assist.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, architecture, program, and business teams.
• Manage system dependencies and integration strategies across Workday, SAP, Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other enterprise platforms.
• Own backlog prioritization, reporting and analytics, platform operations, issue triage, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles in SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale, multifunctional solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, enterprise architecture, and standard integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile environments across the full SDLC.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and lead without formal authority.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS.
• Experience with platform governance or Center of Excellence models.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and automation.
• Experience in global or enterprise-scale organizations.
