What you will do

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications to guide development efforts.
• Lead client demos, working sessions, and workshops to align on proposed solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and internal knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to the research and development of future concepts, products, and technologies within the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Functional expertise in at least one ServiceNow suite and two additional process areas.
• Proven ability to design and discuss integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel at least 25%.
• Strong communication, presentation, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
