Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester (ServiceNow)

Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester (ServiceNow): Lead sessions to identify and define functional/technical requirements, produce Agile stories, process flows, and use cases for DoD ServiceNow implementations with an accent on requirements gathering, test development, and Agile ceremonies. Focus on developing test procedures/cases, executing tests, managing defects, and demonstrating configurations to verify user story acceptance criteria.

Location: Remote (US only - must be U.S. Citizen eligible for DoD Secret clearance). Core hours: 7am-4pm EST, Monday-Friday.

What you will do

• Lead client sessions to define requirements, use cases, process flows, and Agile stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage user story backlogs, prioritize needs, and demonstrate ServiceNow configurations for validation.
• Support sprint planning, collaborate with architects on implementation scope.
• Develop and execute test procedures/cases/data, resolve defects with developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain testing documentation using ServiceNow tools.
• Articulate requirements/technical configs to Product Owner and support production issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related + 5+ years as Test Engineer in Agile
• U.S. Citizen eligible for DoD Secret clearance; Security+ or equivalent
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• ServiceNow/REST API integration experience including requirements and testing
• User story development/management in Agile; ServiceNow test management/execution
• Client-facing experience, strong analytical/written/verbal skills
