What you will do

• Lead client workshops to elicit and document business requirements for federal agencies.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications using Agile/Scrum.
• Perform gap analysis between legacy processes and ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality.
• Design and distribute Agile processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery teams.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts on federal domain constraints and ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level security clearance are mandatory.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years specifically with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Proven experience in federal contracting (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and experience with at least one other workflow (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM).
• Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, and process mapping tools like Visio or LucidChart.

Nice to have

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe PO/PM certifications.
