What you will do

• Lead client workshops and focus groups to elicit and document business requirements aligned with agency goals.
• Translate high-level business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum.
• Perform gap analysis between legacy processes and ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality.
• Design and document Agile processes and SOPs to ensure consistency across delivery teams.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts on business context and ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years specifically on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• Proven experience in federal contracting (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies).
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps for backlog management.
• Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar process mapping tools.

Nice to have

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe PO/PM certifications.
