What you will do

• Mentor and coach engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to align priorities.
• Review architecture and code to ensure high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.
• Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Monitor system health and metrics to proactively improve performance and reliability.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding to build a diverse and high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a contributor in a scrum team.
• 1-2 years of project management experience and managing deadlines.
• Proven experience growing and mentoring high-performance teams.
• Experience with payment systems and large data in near real-time environments.
• English: fluent written and oral communication required.
