Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver scalable and secure business solutions.
• Drive delivery excellence with a focus on speed, reliability, and customer impact.
• Promote the adoption of SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate development.
• Partner with product managers and architects to align priorities and ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain backlog health to remove team obstacles.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering management.
• Proficiency in modern cloud-native and traditional languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Go.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns including SOLID, micro-frontends, and microservices.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Exposure to GenAI and SaaS platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

• Experience in media, entertainment, or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with serverless technologies and distributed systems.
