What you will do

• Build the institutional partnership offering from scratch, including pricing for research reports, awards, editorial, and events.
• Personally source, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value annual partnerships.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers at banks, asset managers, exchanges, and payment providers.
• Design tailored commercial solutions aligned with client objectives and hirify.global's distribution.
• Develop and document a repeatable, scalable commercial model.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting within HubSpot.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in institutional business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of closing $100K+ annual multi-product partnership deals.
• Ability to create commercial packages and pricing from zero.
• Established network of institutional decision-makers across digital assets, fintech, or Web3.
• Based in the US or Europe.
• Fluent in English.
