UI Designer (AI)

Location: United Kingdom, London; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the UK office

What you will do

• Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, including components, auto layout, and design tokens.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver accurate, pixel-perfect implementations.
• Use user feedback, analytics, and usability testing to improve accessibility, responsiveness, interaction patterns, and visual consistency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship; a portfolio is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design, iOS and Android platform guidelines, responsive layouts, UX principles, and information architecture.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys and demonstrate strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing financial products or other complex digital services.
• Experience working closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
