What you will do
- Own the overall UX direction and quality standard for the ecommerce-enabled website.
- Establish web UX processes, design reviews, research cadence, and a shared design language.
- Lead UX for major product launches from early concept through launch.
- Design the ecommerce experience across browsing, product pages, and checkout.
- Build a consistent product narrative with the product marketing team.
- Translate ambiguous problems into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while partnering with product managers and engineers.
Requirements
- 9+ years of UX design experience, including senior ownership of complex web products.
- Experience establishing or improving UX practices within a team or organization.
- Portfolio demonstrating ecommerce or high-traffic consumer web experience design.
- Experience designing for mobile, web, and desktop, with expertise in content architecture and information design.
- Proficiency with wireframing, prototyping, and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Suite.
- Experience with user research, multidisciplinary collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for hardware or physical products alongside digital products.
- Background in design systems at scale.
- Experience with video conferencing, collaboration tools, or B2B hardware.
