Senior Visual Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, with 3 days per week in the London office; Wednesday and Thursday are core days.

What you will do

• Define concepts, creative direction, design strategies, and visual systems across projects.
• Create user interfaces, design systems, layouts, brand identities, iconography, and presentation narratives.
• Collaborate with strategy, experience design, technology, and creative direction teams to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.
• Integrate AI and emerging tools into the design process to expand ideas and improve execution.
• Manage visual design quality and consistency through all project phases and ensure final deliverables meet client expectations.
• Mentor Designers and Junior Designers and contribute to cross-discipline communications and presentations.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of design fundamentals and methodologies.
• Deep experience designing user interfaces and experiences for responsive websites, products, and mobile applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and emerging AI tools.
• Experience with prototyping and strong attention to detail when creating design artefacts and assets.
• Proven ability to produce cutting-edge, award-winning creative work and communicate effectively with teams and clients.
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

• Motion design experience.
