Senior Web Designer, Growth

Location: London, England; hybrid working with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design and iterate on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows.
• Improve engagement, qualified leads, demo engagement, signups, trial starts, and other growth outcomes.
• Use user research, funnel data, and hypotheses to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Apply product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Prototype in Figma and code, use AI tools where useful, and work with shared components and brand systems.
• Shape and own the Web Growth roadmap in collaboration with Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role, with a strong portfolio of shipped conversion-focused work.
• Experience applying growth frameworks, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to improve leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue.
• Experience designing and iterating on A/B tests or other data-informed experiments.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills, including typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish.
• Ability to work within and improve existing design systems and brands, while independently shaping problems and solutions.
• Experience using AI in design practice, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, or similar.
