Salary: $144,000 - $156,000 base (OTE $160,000 - $180,000)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end relationship for assigned enterprise customers, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation and product rollouts, mastering the platform API.
• Analyze performance metrics and strategize optimizations to transform client outcomes.
• Identify and pitch expansion opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive usage and growth.
• Contribute to the refinement of department processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven experience in a technical role supporting API-based products.
• Experience working with large Enterprise customers (ARR $1m+).
• Strong understanding of complex systems including APIs and databases.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City.
• Demonstrable track record of solving ambiguous problems in a scrappy environment.
