What you will do

• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow to support business processes.
• Design and maintain secure REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Architect a scalable and well-structured data model to support business growth.
• Produce clean, testable, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews and deployment cycles.
• Deploy automation through Flow, validation rules, and approval processes to streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and provide technical guidance to stakeholders and fellow developers.

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and architectural best practices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Commerce Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as JavaScript Developer I or Platform App Builder.
• Platform Developer II certification.
