What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for customer and partner portals built on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Oversee the configuration and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management and omni-channel capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to developers, administrators, and analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features for enterprise-wide solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of portal solutions with ERP, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
• Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment within the Salesforce environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and development best practices including Apex and Lightning Web Components.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, or Service/Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with release management tools like Copado or Gearset.
