Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom, reporting to a manager in the EMEA Region. Requires ability to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits (approx. 25 – 40%).

What you will do

• Lead executive discovery sessions and rapid prototyping of AI agent solutions using hirify.global’s platform.
• Quantify business value through clear KPIs and ROI modeling, architecting tailored deployment paths.
• Own end-to-end configuration-first deployments and integrate new workflows into daily client operations.
• Translate strategic objectives into technical requirements, managing projects and coordinating with technical counterparts.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews to present delivered value and identify new growth opportunities.
• Act as the customer’s voice to hirify.global’s product teams for continuous solution refinement.

Requirements

• 8+ years in management consulting (strategy, operations, tech) or forward-deployed solution roles at data platform companies.
• Technical fluency with SQL, Python, APIs, and modern data architectures (able to read code, work in SQL, build in low/no-code platforms).
• Executive presence with superior communication skills for C-level interaction.
• Demonstrated track record of building and deploying low/no-code solutions from prototype to production.
• Relentless problem solver, synthesizing ambiguity into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deep understanding of agentic patterns, LLMs, data governance, and metadata management (preferred).
