What you will do

  • Own and oversee end-to-end IT service delivery across all regional sites to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Act as the primary interface between global service owners, local IT teams, and regional business leadership.
  • Drive structured Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives and manage quarterly Service Improvement Plans.
  • Manage regional vendor relationships, performance, and contractual SLA obligations.
  • Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure high change success rates.
  • Support the transition of new services, projects, and technology deployments into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery roles within global or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong background in ITIL-based service management frameworks.
  • Demonstrable experience managing regional or multi-site IT environments.
  • Ability to participate in on-call escalation for major incidents.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality professional deliverables.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated industries or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Awareness of AI and automation in improving service delivery.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 operational models.
