What you will do
- Own and oversee end-to-end IT service delivery across all regional sites to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Act as the primary interface between global service owners, local IT teams, and regional business leadership.
- Drive structured Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives and manage quarterly Service Improvement Plans.
- Manage regional vendor relationships, performance, and contractual SLA obligations.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure high change success rates.
- Support the transition of new services, projects, and technology deployments into business-as-usual operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery roles within global or matrixed organizations.
- Strong background in ITIL-based service management frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience managing regional or multi-site IT environments.
- Ability to participate in on-call escalation for major incidents.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality professional deliverables.
