What you will do

• Build and maintain workforce plans aligned with vehicle deployment and testing schedules across the UK, Germany, and Israel.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for fleet workforce planning, ensuring alignment between regional requirements and global standards.
• Manage scheduling systems and ensure compliance with local labor laws and contractual obligations.
• Monitor workforce capacity, track utilization metrics, and identify operational coverage gaps.
• Partner with Talent and People teams to support hiring, onboarding, and user assignments in internal software.
• Contribute to operational process improvements and standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in workforce planning, operations coordination, or fleet/logistics management.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across multiple regions.
• Understanding of labor compliance and workforce governance.
• Ability to work effectively with regional stakeholders and local operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
