What you will do

• Manage enterprise release strategies, deployment schedules, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate software releases across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Government stakeholders.
• Lead release planning meetings, readiness reviews, and production go/no-go decisions.
• Oversee production deployment activities, cutover planning, and rollback procedures.
• Maintain operational runbooks, deployment procedures, and release documentation.
• Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices across the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise software releases.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Git, and Jenkins.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation, PMP, or SAFe Agilist certification.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud or Azure Government.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal health organizations.
