What you will do
- Define and maintain the master release calendar across multiple agile product squads.
- Facilitate go/no-go readiness reviews and manage security and compliance gates.
- Coordinate release paths across hybrid ecosystems including cloud, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Oversee non-production environment configurations to prevent drift and conflicts.
- Communicate release status, dependencies, and impact to technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate incident response, hotfix deployments, and rollback procedures.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- Proven track record managing complex software releases in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills for mapping dependencies across parallel delivery teams.
- Strong ability to translate technical release risks into business impact for stakeholders.
- Experience with version control and Git branching strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS cloud ecosystem (Serverless, IaC).
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Salesforce Industries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
