What you will do

• Lead the execution of cross-functional programs by partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Support program planning by defining goals, scope, and success metrics in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Facilitate operating rhythms including working sessions, milestone reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage program artifacts such as project plans, status updates, and risk logs to ensure transparency.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and trade-offs to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to track deliverables and timelines.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in project or program management, strategy, or operations within a cross-functional environment.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of tech/SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn organizational structures and product domains.
