Program Manager, Product (SaaS)

Location: New York, New York office; hybrid schedule

Salary: $131,000–$169,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs and product initiatives across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales.
• Define program goals, scope, workstreams, success metrics, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, blockers, trade-offs, and progress across multiple teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, check-ins, milestone reviews, retrospectives, and other operating rhythms.
• Maintain project plans, status updates, documentation, calendars, and risk logs while communicating decisions and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support incident response, change management, rollouts, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of program management practices.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in project or program management, strategy, or operations in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience working across Product, Design, Engineering, Strategy, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of technology or SaaS companies.
• Ability to drive execution across competing priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical experience using data tools or languages such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
