Technical Program Manager, Solutions

Location: Hybrid role requiring work from the Washington, DC or Denver, CO office three days per week

Salary: US national base salary of $127,000–$158,700 per year, plus potential short-term and long-term incentives.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and delivers satellite data through a cloud-based platform for commercial, environmental, humanitarian, Defense, and Intelligence customers.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end program execution across Engineering, Product, Design, Space Systems, Enablement, and Customer Support.
• Build program schedules and translate complex requirements into actionable milestones.
• Coordinate custom customer deployments and support the engineering release train.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate data-driven decisions and communicate technical trade-offs to business and engineering stakeholders.
• Improve processes, tools, and operating frameworks to scale program execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development or program management experience in SaaS, platform development, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with broad cross-functional organizations and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing the product life cycle from concept and development through launch, deprecation, and end-of-life.
• Ability to design scalable processes, analyze problems, communicate recommendations, and manage tactical and strategic priorities.
• Ability to work from the Washington, DC or Denver, CO office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with remote sensing, Earth observation data, or geospatial systems.
• Experience working with remote, worldwide teams.
• Experience exploring AI technologies to automate workflows, improve data, or increase team productivity.
