Sr Principal Technical Program Manager (SaaS)

Location: Seattle, San Francisco, or Mountain View, United States, or remote. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity. This role is associated with U.S. geographic pay zones.

Base salary: Zone A $229,500–$299,625; Zone B $206,550–$269,663; Zone C $190,485–$248,689 per year. Additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Set direction for a portfolio of strategic programs and connect company priorities to measurable outcomes and executive decisions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and external partners.
• Drive market-facing launches, product integrations, enterprise-readiness initiatives, platform migrations, monetization changes, and operating-model transformations.
• Establish governance, planning, dependency-management, risk, readiness, and benefits-realization mechanisms.
• Define success metrics and measure customer outcomes, adoption, revenue, operational health, and delivery performance.
• Mentor program managers and improve technical program-management practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, product or program leadership, software development, engineering operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience owning complex, multi-team, or portfolio-level initiatives with sustained organizational impact.
• Track record delivering large-scale technology programs, product launches, platform integrations, migrations, monetization initiatives, or enterprise-readiness programs.
• Strong understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, dependency management, technical risk, and operational readiness.
• Exceptional executive communication and experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud transformation, AI-enabled products, platform adoption, or complex product ecosystems.
• Experience with consumption-based pricing, usage-based metrics, product integrations, enterprise migrations, or customer lifecycle transformation.
• Experience building a program-management community of practice, talent model, or operating framework.
• Background in data analytics and insights, including interpreting complex datasets and translating findings into actions.
