Sr Principal Technical Program Manager - Enterprise and Emerging (Enterprise SaaS)

Salary: USD 190,485–248,689 in Zone C, USD 206,550–269,663 in Zone B, or USD 229,500–299,625 in Zone A; annual base pay. Additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Own portfolio-level outcomes by connecting company priorities with integrated plans, measurable outcomes, and executive decisions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and external partners, managing dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and readiness.
• Frame ambiguous business and technical problems, establish decision forums and operating cadences, clarify ownership, and align conflicting priorities.
• Drive market-facing launches, product integrations, enterprise-readiness initiatives, platform migrations, pricing and monetization changes, and operating-model transformations.
• Build executive relationships, provide concise recommendations, escalate issues appropriately, and drive decisions to closure.
• Create reusable planning, governance, risk, dependency-management, readiness, and benefits-realization mechanisms; measure customer, revenue, adoption, operational, and delivery outcomes; mentor program managers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, product or program leadership, software development, engineering operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience owning complex multi-team or portfolio-level initiatives with organization-wide influence and sustained impact over multiple quarters or years.
• Proven success delivering large-scale technology programs, product launches, platform integrations, migrations, monetization initiatives, or enterprise-readiness programs.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery, including modern development practices, Agile methodologies, dependency management, technical risk, and operational readiness.
• Ability to translate business strategy into executable plans, measurable outcomes, and clear senior-leadership decisions.
• Exceptional executive communication and ability to synthesize complex business and technical scenarios, explain trade-offs, and communicate precisely to senior audiences.
• Experience influencing Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and other partner organizations without direct authority.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and experience improving operating models, program mechanisms, organizational effectiveness, or delivery quality at scale.
• Experience using data, customer insight, and business metrics to assess progress, make trade-offs, and demonstrate realized impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud transformation, AI-enabled products, platform adoption, or complex product ecosystems.
• Experience leading company-wide or business-unit-wide change across global teams and multiple time zones.
• Experience with consumption-based pricing, usage-based metrics, product integrations, enterprise migrations, or customer lifecycle transformation.
• Experience building or scaling a program-management community of practice, talent model, or operating framework.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and presenting recommendations in high-stakes forums.
• Experience in enterprise companies, driving product integrations and platform adoption across business units and time zones.
• Background in data analytics and insights, including interpreting complex data sets and translating findings into actionable insights.
