What you will do

• Lead large-scale, multi-phase AI transformation programs for top enterprise customers.
• Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including implementation managers, solution architects, and engineers.
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing delivery practices, governance models, and success frameworks.
• Partner with sales and leadership to align strategic initiatives and forecast expansion opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product direction and delivery innovation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise delivery, professional services, or program management within SaaS, AI, or CX.
• Proven success leading large-scale software deployments for Fortune 500 customers ($5M+ ARR).
• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring implementation/delivery teams.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for executive engagements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
