What you will do

• Own product requirements and roadmap priorities for internal web-based tools used to audit and investigate AV logs.
• Partner with autonomy engineers, data scientists, and safety teams to understand complex multi-modal sensor data workflows.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and usability gaps to improve reviewer and developer productivity.
• Define and track product metrics such as investigation cycle time, tool reliability, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality experiences for visualizing and analyzing AV data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or developer tooling.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Experience defining requirements and delivering software products in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical product recommendations.
• Ability to learn technical domains quickly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, or simulation workflows.
• Background in building internal web applications, observability tools, or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with multi-modal sensor data and large-scale data analysis.
• Experience working with UX design and front-end engineering teams.
