Product Owner III (AI)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid work with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories, and measurable product enhancements.
• Define product visions and roadmaps while leading backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization with product management.
• Partner with Agile teams, vendors, business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and UX teams to deliver product launches on time.
• Analyze customer requirements and product performance to recommend system, process, and service improvements.
• Communicate product roadmaps, project status, production performance, and potential benefits to stakeholders and leadership.
• Use innovation tools and AI-enabled workflows to identify solutions and improve efficiency, accuracy, and insights.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
• Experience with product vision and roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, Agile/SAFe practices, and matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON-based APIs, cloud technologies, service virtualization, test data management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with risk management, loss control management, vendor coordination, Design Thinking, and Lean methodologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Required PSPO, CSP-PO, POPM, or APM Agile certification; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional work or military experience.
• Advanced Agile certification.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias, with knowledge of responsible AI, ethics, and data protection.
