What you will do

• Audit and redesign HR workflows to eliminate manual work through automation and AI tooling.
• Lead the team's transition from checklist-based execution to data-informed, automated processes.
• Manage and develop a team of HR Operations professionals, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Oversee global HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and SOX requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align HR infrastructure with business needs and reduce operational friction.
• Manage the contractor program, including vendor agreements and lifecycle tracking.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in People or HR Operations in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of leading operational transformation and process modernization.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools, workflow automation, and HRIS systems.
• Strong people management skills with experience coaching teams through significant change.
• Deep understanding of HR compliance, SOX requirements, and global employment law.
• Must be based in the US.
