What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software packaging requests from intake to post-implementation support.
• Design, build, and maintain complex software packages ensuring compatibility and corporate standard compliance.
• Manage and monitor software deployment to corporate devices using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
• Automate service processes and packaging workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, and PSADT.
• Provide third-level support for incidents related to software packaging and distribution.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to define optimal solutions and prioritize tasks based on business impact.

Requirements

• English: C1 or higher required.
• 5+ years of experience creating advanced software packages in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end software packaging requests.
• Strong expertise in scripting with PowerShell, Ansible, and PSADT.
• Solid hands-on experience with software packaging tools like Orca and formats such as MSI, MSIX, and Intunewin.
• Proven experience in software distribution platforms including Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
