Software Packaging Engineer

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software packaging requests, including intake, analysis, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Design, customize, maintain, and validate complex MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, and related software packages.
• Manage and monitor software deployments to corporate devices through Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
• Automate packaging workflows and service processes using PowerShell, Ansible, and PSADT.
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, prioritize requests, document solutions, and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide Level 3 support, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• English at C1 level or higher, written and spoken.
• More than five years of experience creating advanced software packages in enterprise environments.
• More than five years of experience managing end-to-end software packaging requests.
• Strong expertise in PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT, software packaging tools such as Orca, and MSI, MSIX, and Intunewin formats.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and Intune, plus knowledge of networks, databases, software development, and API management.
• Experience with Agile, ITIL, or similar service management methodologies and a degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
