Senior Systems Engineer (Enterprise AI)

Location: Melbourne, with a requirement to work from the Richmond office at least two days a week.

What you will do

• Design, automate and operate identity, endpoint management and workplace infrastructure.
• Administer Okta, including Workflows, SSO, SCIM, access governance and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Manage Jamf Pro and Apple device lifecycles, including zero-touch deployment, configuration, patching, compliance and fleet health.
• Operate selected AWS and Meraki services while improving reliability, security, observability and recovery procedures.
• Administer enterprise AI platforms such as Glean, Claude for Enterprise and Gemini, including access controls, integrations, governance and security reviews.
• Provide senior escalation support, lead root-cause analysis and create monitoring, alerting and safe remediation workflows.

Requirements

• Several years of experience engineering or administering corporate infrastructure in a SaaS or technology-led company.
• Strong Okta administration and identity lifecycle experience, including building and troubleshooting Workflows.
• Strong Jamf Pro and macOS fleet-management experience.
• Experience automating operational processes with Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflows or infrastructure as code.
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root-cause analysis, with strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work from the Richmond office at least two days a week.

• AWS services including EC2, Route 53, Lambda and Fargate.
• Terraform or CloudFormation, Cisco Meraki and enterprise AI platform administration.
• Observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk or PagerDuty.
• Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, Slack or Atlassian administration.
