Windows Expert (PowerShell)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,100–1,300 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Redesign Windows patch management procedures using SCCM.
• Design and implement PowerShell-based automation and CI/CD processes.
• Implement Group Policy, security baselines, and automated Windows OS images.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and system administration for Windows platforms.
• Support on-premises cloud migrations and integration with Azure and GCP.
• Design documentation, disaster recovery, backup, failover clustering, and business continuity solutions.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Windows Server platforms, including Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025.
• High proficiency in PowerShell and extensive experience with SCCM or Microsoft Configuration Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IP routing, virtualization, and core network services.
• Experience connecting on-premises environments with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.
• Proficiency with Git and Jira, plus advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with regular office attendance.
