Senior Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Take technical ownership of complex workplace incidents, service requests, and escalations across endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration platforms, and meeting-room technology.
• Lead corporate device provisioning and lifecycle management, including Windows Autopilot deployments, Intune enrollment, rebuilds, and customer-specific standards.
• Administer and improve Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Zoom, Windows, macOS, iOS, and mobile device management platforms.
• Configure endpoint compliance policies, application deployments, update rings, security baselines, enrollment settings, and Conditional Access controls.
• Manage secure email services and hybrid meeting-room environments, including Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, room accounts, and audiovisual equipment.
• Investigate recurring service problems, coordinate remediation, improve documentation and runbooks, support service transitions, and coach Workplace Engineers and Junior Workplace Engineers.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in workplace engineering, endpoint support, Microsoft 365 administration, managed workplace services, or enterprise IT operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows 10/11, Windows Autopilot, Teams, Exchange Online, endpoint compliance, security baselines, and application deployment.
• Experience with macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager, Jamf, or comparable mobile device management platforms.
• Experience administering secure email, including mailbox management, transport rules, message tracing, anti-phishing controls, spam filtering, and quarantine handling.
• Practical experience supporting Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, room accounts, audiovisual equipment, and hybrid meeting-room services.
• Relevant technical certifications or equivalent practical experience, with the ability to lead complex investigations, apply ITIL-aligned practices, and communicate clearly with customers and service teams.
