What you will do

• Define the CRM data model, governance framework, and customer lifecycle to support sales, marketing, and future AI-driven personalization.
• Lead the configuration and optimization of HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs across both brands.
• Design and implement marketing automations, nurture journeys, and campaign workflows.
• Develop a scalable segmentation framework to embed customer personas within the CRM.
• Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations to track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to maximize CRM adoption and drive commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM experience with extensive hands-on expertise in HubSpot.
• Proven experience configuring both HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to design CRM structures for persona-based targeting and personalized journeys.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Must be based in the UK for this remote role.
