What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to shape how marketing performance is measured and reported.
• Build scalable dashboards and self-serve resources to replace ad hoc reporting.
• Develop performance forecasts and scenario models connecting marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure commercial alignment.
• Identify risks and opportunities in marketing data to recommend timely course corrections.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Cambridge, UK.
• Experience in marketing analytics or operations, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Strong grasp of pipeline, campaign, and lead performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.
• Commercial awareness with experience in forecasting and scenario planning.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data into compelling stories for stakeholders.
