TL;DR

What you will do

  • Architect HubSpot operations for seamless lifecycle workflows, campaign tracking, and data integrity.
  • Execute high-performing lifecycle email campaigns using sharp copywriting, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Drive organic growth and brand awareness through strategic social media planning and community management.
  • Produce on-brand visual assets and iterate on landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Maximize event ROI by converting attendance into a qualified pipeline.
  • Analyze GA4 and HubSpot data to attribute revenue and scale result-driving activities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, specifically in building workflows and managing campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills for crafting compelling copy and visuals.
  • Must be based in the UK with permanent right to work (visas are not supported).
  • AI-forward mindset with experience leveraging tools like Claude to enhance productivity.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and Notion.
