What you will do

• Champion 5-star performance for all in-market SKUs, partnering with Engineering and Product Development to close quality gaps.
• Lead the ramp-down and end-of-life process for underperforming SKUs with rigor and pace.
• Translate consumer reviews and CX data into structured feedback for product roadmaps and design reviews.
• Provide cross-functional leadership for geo-expansion and SKU extension decisions to ensure quality standards are met.
• Own end-to-end chargeback management, root cause identification, and recurrence prevention.
• Oversee warranty and returns performance to identify patterns and drive systemic resolutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in product quality, consumer insights, product management, or operational excellence.
• Experience in a global consumer electronics or home appliance business.
• Proven ability to challenge senior leadership in Product Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to own KPIs and translate complexity into prioritized actions.
• Deep understanding of the consumer journey, from purchase to returns and warranty.
• Must be located in Needham, MA, United States.
