Salary: $125,160–$232,440

What you will do

• Coach and lead the implementation of RBS tools and processes to accelerate innovation and operational results.
• Train and mentor team members through Lean Kaizen events and structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Drive the site to build and execute an RBS roadmap aligned with business objectives and KPI targets.
• Facilitate Operations Reviews and Daily Management Reviews to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Develop and manage an effective Kaizen funnel to prioritize and sustain throughput.
• Promote an RBS culture across all departments through effective communication and business support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or a continuous improvement-focused business system.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) due to ITAR/U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering results using Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
