Senior Manager, RBS (Continuous Improvement Leader)

Location: Hollister, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $125,160–$232,440 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global Business System tools and processes across the site to improve innovation, growth, and operational results.
• Lead Lean Kaizen events, structured problem solving, shop floor improvements, and RBS training.
• Build and manage a Kaizen funnel with weekly reviews and 30-, 60-, and 90-day reporting.
• Develop the SME funnel and support progression toward Champion-level capability.
• Partner with site leaders on RBS roadmaps, policy deployment, business objectives, and KPI targets.
• Lead Operations Reviews and Daily Management Reviews and facilitate benchmarking with other operating companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or a continuous improvement-focused business system.
• Proven results with Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading change, improving value streams, and using data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Lean tools, structured problem solving, value stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, and Microsoft Office.
• US citizenship or another qualifying US Person status is required, or the ability to obtain necessary US government export authorizations under ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Deep mastery of Lean methods and strong demonstration of RBS principles.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
