What you will do

• Own the global licensing roadmap across all product categories including toys, apparel, and collectibles.
• Develop and execute retail expansion strategies across major global markets and channels.
• Negotiate commercial terms, royalty structures, and MGs in partnership with Legal.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale the Consumer Products & Licensing team.
• Enforce brand standards and lead cross-functional product approval processes.
• Establish scalable licensing operations, reporting, and commercial forecasting for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in consumer products, licensing, or brand management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of closing licensing deals with major global retail partners.
• Established network of relationships with global licensees, retailers, and distributors.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Los Angeles on a hybrid schedule.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Experience with entertainment or gaming IP.
• Experience with DTC storefront strategies.
