Salary: $180,000–$225,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for the discrete manufacturing vertical.
• Define ideal customer profiles and industry-specific value propositions.
• Collaborate with global product solutions teams to drive innovation and roadmap refinement.
• Support demand generation strategies to grow top-of-funnel opportunities and market penetration.
• Provide hands-on support to front-line teams for strategic account expansion and C-level engagement.
• Coach regional teams on market trends, challenges, and effective discovery techniques.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and executing sales plans at the executive level.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation within the vertical.
• Proven ability to lead and influence large, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience in delivering growth via new account business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
