Salary: $162,000 – $244,000 Yearly

What you will do
- Lead strategic planning and execution processes to ensure alignment between priorities, timelines, and business goals.
- Manage high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, from initial framing and planning through to delivery.
- Build and manage scalable operating cadences, including leadership meetings, business reviews, and quarterly planning.
- Partner with senior executives to translate complex operational work into clear executive-level narratives and presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional approvals and workflows across Brand, Product Development, Licensing, and Legal teams.
- Support organizational transformation by streamlining workflows and clarifying ownership to improve execution consistency.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives within complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and driving enterprise-level operating rhythms.
- Strong financial and analytical fluency, including KPI management and business case development.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer products, entertainment, licensing, retail, or media.
- Familiarity with global brand organizations and franchise-driven businesses.
- Experience managing external partners, agencies, vendors, or strategic alliances.
