What you will do

• Manage the delivery of sales services and ensure client success from onboarding through execution.
• Lead, mentor, and grow client-facing delivery teams within the manufacturing division.
• Establish performance goals and accountability standards for the division.
• Enhance client launch materials, reporting frameworks, and communication templates.
• Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and margin improvement.
• Track division KPIs including client satisfaction, retention, and financial performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client services, sales operations, or service delivery leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing across multiple industries.
• Must reside in the U.S.
• Proven track record of managing client-facing teams and scaling service delivery.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in performance reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
